Thermal and Mechanical Resistance
Solid polycarbonate sheets are extremely impact-resistant and can be processed up to a temperature of approximately 120 °C.
Exolon® Vista QX polycarbonate sheets are highly transparent and have a good reaction to combustion. They also offer protection against accidental breakage and intentional damage.
Thermoformable Sheets
Exolon® Vista QX sheets are the ideal solution for the plastics processing industry as they can be cold-curved, machined very easily and have good thermoformability.
Broad Applicability
Exolon® Vista QX10 panels allow for a wide range of applications with multiple application possibilities, as it lends itself easily to machining and thermoforming.
Typical applications for Exolon® Vista QX include automotive glazing, such as windows and panoramic roofs, where light weight and high impact resistance are required - such as electric cars, trucks or police vehicles.
Other possible applications are visors, machine tool guards, surface coatings and glass laminations.
Exolon® Vista QX10 sheets are also used for transparent control panels on washing machines, dishwashers, cookers, refrigerators and freezers.
Thanks to the use of processes as diverse as digital printing or screen printing, Exolon® Vista QX10 can also be decorated without any problems.
