Ring marking system for marking hot telephone and hook-up wire insulation with colored rings. The RS 707 has been designed for use within advanced extrusion plants, immediately after the extruder, at high production speeds up to 2500 m/min.
RING MARKING
The ring markers of the serie RS were developed for the coding of telephone and switch wires with colored rings. They are suitable for use immediately following the extruder head at speeds of up to 2,500 m/min. All M&S ring markers are equipped with robust, practical, maintenance-free alternating current motors. Exchangeable, vibration-free marking drums allow simple changes of the ring intervals and width. Dye coolers and filters in the dye supply system and marking heads without rotating seals, ensuring the highest reliability for marking operations. The models RS 70 (1,200 m/min) and RS 707 (2,500 m/min) are both available as single-head systems as well tandem systems for fast changing of marking drums (ring pattern) and/or ink color.
