Textured/matted PC-blend film

Textured/matted PC-blend film, anti-reflective, manufactured by Covestro from a blend of Covestro's high-tech Makrolon extruded polycarbonate and PBT.

Bayfol® technical films offer a complementary property alternative to existing polycarbonate films: a range of customized features perfect for specific applications.

The color is translucent with one finely textured surface and the other fine matted and is available in various thicknesses from 125 µm to 250 µm.

Superior Dynamic and Chemical Resistance

One of the major strengths of PC-Blend Bayfol film is superior dynamic, mechanical and chemical resistance.

It is extremely durable due to its scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant surface.

Bayfol, glossy/matted blend PC film, is resistant to a temperature range of - 40°C to 130°C and is certified to UL94 V-2

Bayfol® technical films have excellent thermoformability, both hot and cold, and are used for various types of processing:
