Resistenze radianti coibentanti TCS

TCS is a system of radiant resistances, for the cylinders of injection molding machines, immersed in ceramic fiber thermally insulating .
The TCS bands provide thermal energy to the plasticizing cylinder that, together with the mechanical work done by the screw, allows to plasticize the plastic material in process, isolating the cylinder from the external environment.
The energy saving measured using TCS compared to standard bands is around 35-40%, significantly improving the thermal stability during the cycle and considerably reducing the start-up time of the machine (˂40% of the initial time).
