The FRP 05 equipment has been designed to produce optical fiber ribbons up to 12 (max. 24) fibers. The operating is simple and the equipment is multi-various (various pay-off and take-up reels, fiber tension measuring, software-update, options, accessories etc.).
COATING OF OPTICAL FIBERS
The GFP series production lines were especially developed for the marking optical fiber cables with ultra-violet hardening inks. From compact single-line machines with top speeds of up to 3,000 m/min. through complete color coding systems for 6 fibers, the GFP series offers the right solution for every application. Optionally, a ring marking system for speeds of up to 1280 m/min. and a simple- to-install expansion unit for “tight buffering” can also be provided, as well as an inline proof tester.
The fiber production line FRP 05 allows the glueing of up to 24 optical fiber cables to create fiber ribbons at high production speeds of up to 1,000 m/min.
