The 831-815 UV Tight Buffer resin from FARBWERKE HERKULA SA\/AG can be used as an outer jacket. In this case, the 831-815 resin in combination with 830\/801 as an inner coating ensures excellent strippability of the fibre, thus facilitating installation of the finished cable.<\/p>\n
For tight buffer applications, coloured versions are available.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n To create a Compact Fibre Unit, a multi-fibre coating and curing system is required.<\/p>\n With this type of system, several fibres can be placed close together in a circular structure and coated with our UV or UV-LED matrix material.<\/p>\n A single CFU can contain up to 12 fibres. The line speed depends on the number of fibres.<\/p>\n The space-saving CFU structure allows optimal use of space and cable weight.<\/p>\n FARBWERKE HERKULA SA\/AG’s 831-815 resin is used in compact fibre units for the outer jacket.
